Ross Frame, 7th Dan and Senior Instructor at the Tei Karate Group, recently conducted a course at the Cowdenbeath Martial Arts Centre covering karate and MMA.
Ross ran a brilliant course giving the attendees a better understanding of MMA as well as demonstrating his tremendous karate ability especially his kicking and striking.
Everyone really enjoyed the 2 hour course which was attended by all the Cowdenbeath instructors. Gordon and Neil would also like to thank Ross for the major influence he has had on their karate over the many years they trained with sensei Frame.

Cowdenbeath Karate Club will have the pleasure and privilege of Ross hosting a series of classes at the club after the summer break.
