Personal Bit

I have been training for a total of 14 years. I started training with Paul Harrison in Glasgow, for 4 years, using the Tei style, which involved wuko fighting and grappling/ground work. I enjoy the level of commitment at Cowdenbeath club given by both the students and instructors. Since becoming a sensei a have gained a lot of pride in watching my students grow and develop their skills. I am personally continuing to enhance my owns skills through the high levels within the club and will continue to pass this new knowledge and skills onto my students.
